Raven :: Ritsu - Brown-necked Raven - Unlike her equine friend, Ritsu is very upbeat and full of fun. She enjoys making jokes, puns or pranks, and is very sarcastic. Knowing Mio's fears, she often likes to tease and mess with her equine friend. Ritsu can be very barefaced, as well as audacious and impudent, yet she never has any ill minds and usually apologizes the if she goes too far with something. At times, the raven can also be forgetful, unlike Mio. From time to time, Ritsu is a very lazy little thing as well. She'd rather do what she wants, rather than be responsible for things. Though Ritsu and Mio's personalities clash at times, they are very good friends in the end.
Personality :: Being of the Angelic alliance, Mio is a rather friendly mare. She never judges someone right away, though she will be cautious around questionable figures. Life was never really hard on her, so she can't ever really understand those with hard pasts, but she is pretty understanding. Mio is very mature, calm, and collected about things most of the time. She nearly always thinks before she acts. Not one to take risks unless it's for a good reason, Mio stays out of trouble when she can. The mare does enjoy a good laugh and having fun, but she also is responsible and doesn't mess around waisting time. Though she may seem mature, the mare will freak out from thing's she is afraid of, or are gross. Her raven Ritsu often messes with her using her fears or anything gross. Her friend usually doesn't push the roan too far though. Mio is also rather shy, and she never likes to be the center of attention. The mare has a strong mind though. She has a good amount of patience, however if you push her too far, you just might find her bad side.
History :: Born to two loving parents, Mio had a rather pleasant childhood. She was brought up in a small Angelic herd, and taught to be a kind and proper equine. Mio's father wasn't much involved with the filly, so it was her mother that mainly raised her. The filly learned many things from her mother. She never became outgoing or daring like her mother at all though. There were just some personality traits that came from her father that stuck. As a foal, she played with friends and lived a happy childhood.
The loss of her father came many years later after Mio came into the world. She was sad about it for awhile, however not being so close to her her sire, it didn't pain Mio too much. Other than that, the adult years of her life have been reasonably peaceful as well with little hardship. The mare continues to keep to herself most of the time now. She tends to keep few friends because of her tendency to be shy. Really though, the roan is happy with her little peaceful life.
