The weather is slowly warming up once again. Plants and flowers and beginning to spring up and brightening the landscape again. While most days are quite plesant, storms are certain to pass by from time to time.

With the activity check closed, boards will be cleaned up and hopefully we can get some activity going here again! Some tension between the angelics and possessed is still brewing, and if you'd like to be a part of that, be sure to check out the plotting board where you can find the thread on that. The bay led the way up the rocky path leading to the caverns, weaving between trees with practised ease. From the sky came small flakes of snow, drifting down to sting at his skin and cling to his mane, coating the tree branches and ground around him. He was more than looking forward to the warmth and shelter of the caverns.

Coming to a halt outside one of the warm, private spaces, he turned to look back at the dunskin mare he had led here; his prize, Elkanah. He would have a foal from her this season, if the gods were willing. His herd was growing, and foals were only the next step in nature's path. He needed an heir too, one worthy of inheriting his land and the title of King, should anything happen to Awry. He had yet to choose a Queen as well, but the one worthy of that title would come in time.

"Are you ready?" he asked Elka, though he didn't really care. Let her think that he did, that he cared deeply for her in particular. Let each mare think that of themselves. It would keep them obedient to him, at least.
